I am a morning exerciser. I tell myself -- just do it for five minutes. I can easily make the five minutes and often end up stopping at 30 minutes or more. But there are those days when I do stop after five -- and that's okay. I figure it's better to have done those five minutes than none at all. Teaching is emotionally, physically, spiritually draining work.
