I feel so muc...Taking care of YOU is so important! I feel so much better when I have made time to exercise. I bet yoga is great for your mind and body. It is something I'd like to try. I try to wake up early every morning to get in a jog or spin on my bike but it is really hard to force myself out of bed sometimes.
